Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Thripthi Holidays, We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your trip is confirmed only after:

  • Advance payment is received, and
  • Booking confirmation is shared by us.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel your booking:

  • 7 days or more before travel – Partial refund after deducting booking and reservation charges.
  • 3 to 6 days before travel – 50% of the advance amount may be refunded depending on hotel and transport policies.
  • Less than 72 hours before travel – No refund (as bookings would already be confirmed with vendors).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund may not be possible in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellation
  • No-show on the travel date
  • Peak season bookings (holiday / festival period)
  • Advance paid to hotels or transport providers that cannot be reversed

4. Trip Modifications

  • Changes to the travel date or itinerary depend on:
  • Availability of hotels and vehicles
  • Price differences during the new travel dates
  • We will always try to adjust the booking where possible.

5. Cancellation by Us

In rare situations (vehicle issue, natural conditions, or unavoidable reasons), if we cancel the trip, 

A full refund of the amount paid to us will be provided, or The trip will be rescheduled as per your preference.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5 – 10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
