By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The advance amount confirms vehicle reservation and travel planning.
Booking details such as travel dates, pickup location, and itinerary must be confirmed before the trip.
2. Payment Policy
Customers are required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins or at the time agreed during booking.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be informed in advance.
Refund eligibility will be based on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any non-refundable bookings such as hotels or permits will be deducted from the refund.
4. Changes to Booking
Customers can request changes to travel dates or itinerary subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if there are changes in distance, stay, or travel plan.
5. Travel Delays and Unforeseen Situations
Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or natural events are beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the itinerary in such cases.
6. Vehicle Usage
The vehicle will be provided as per the booking confirmation.
Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper usage of the vehicle.
Any damage caused by passengers may be charged accordingly.
7. Driver and Travel Safety
Drivers will follow safe driving practices and travel regulations.
Customers are requested to cooperate with the driver for a safe and smooth journey.
Misbehavior or unsafe conduct may lead to trip termination without refund.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
Entry fees, activity charges, parking, tolls, or special permits (if not included in the package) must be paid by the customer.
Customers must arrive at the pickup location on time.
9. Third-Party Services
Hotel stays, activity providers, and attractions are third-party services.
We are not responsible for service issues caused by those providers, but we will assist in resolving concerns whenever possible.
10. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.
11. Pricing Changes
Prices may change due to fuel price changes, government regulations, or vendor price updates.
Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless there are major external changes.
12. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to bookings or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
